Aquatic Center

The indoor aquatics center includes a variety of features and activities that can be utilized year round by patrons of any age in the Watford City community. 

This indoor pool eliminates cancellations and limitations due to outdoor temperatures and inclement weather.

Features:

Six Lane Competition Lap Pool

  • An excellent opportunity for year round swimming lessons, water aerobics, and leisure swimming
  • Allows for High School and/or Club swim teams and competitions

 

Zero-Depth Entry with Water Features

  • Access for toddlers and those with physical limitations

 

Mid-Depth area with Basketball Hoop and Volleyball Net

  • Great activity for both adults and children


Pool Party Room

  • A highly sought after venue for hosting birthday parties, celebrations, and many other gatherings, in a family friendly environment that everyone can enjoy

 

135' Water Slide and Lazy River

  • Fun for old and young
  • Bench seating in lazy river
  • Destination for both community members and visitors
  • For your child's safety, they must be 48" tall to ride our slide. Flotation devices (lifejackets, puddle jumpers, water wings, innertube etc.) are not permitted.

 

Inflatable Obstacle Course

  • 5 interchangeable obstacles
  • Fun for adults and children

Pool Party Room Package

  • $150
  • 2 Hours
  • 10 wristbands included 
  • $6/person for each additional wristband
  • Party Room with pool usage (pool still open to public)
  • During June- August parties are only offered on Sundays 1:00-3:00 and 3:30-5:30

Full Indoor Pool Rental Package

  • $250 (1.5 hours)
  • Full usage of pool
  • Pool is exclusive to party
  • Must book 1 month in advance
  • Currently only offered on Saturdays from 10:30am-12:00pm and 6:00-7:30pm

Cancelations and Rescheduling:

All cancelations can be made up to one week of original reservation date without penalty. Cancellations made with less than one week’s notice will be charged the entire room rental cost of their reservation. If the Renter fails to show up for the booking without cancelling, they will be charged all facility rental fees plus all setup costs, if applicable.

 

If your event cannot be held on your scheduled date due to a mandatory closure, natural disaster, or family emergency, the Rough Rider Center, at their discretion, may work with you to reschedule your event as the availability allows and all fees paid will be transferred to the new event date.
